We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join Movado Group as a Temporary Account Executive for key department store and or chain accounts. The Account Executive will identify, cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and new accounts in order to generate profitable and sustainable growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Act as the account manager for assigned accounts, responsible for sell-in and sell-thru aspects of the business

* Analyze retail sales
* Manage order maintenance
* Forecast monthly sales projections
* Develop and Manage assortments with a focus on profitable sell thru
* Manage inventory, turn, and sell-thru to maximize sales potential of assigned accounts
* Participate in development of monthly demand plan
* Regularly update account plans and objectives as appropriate to the sales potential of each customer
* Ensure consistent communication of progress to plan to leadership team
* In collaboration with retail marketing and merchandising team, develop, deliver, and replenish merchandising guidelines and materials to ensure the highest level of consumer experience including superior in store product placement
* Interact and collaborate with customer service, distribution and other sales support areas within the organization
* Keep properly informed on assigned brand products and services as well as industry trends
* 20% travel will be involved, including overnight travel

Job Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree
* Minimum 3 years of previous account executive experience working with department and large regional chain stores preferably in watches or similar branded categories
* Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with customers to develop strong long-term relationships
* Take charge attitude while fostering teamwork and collaboration
* Excellent analytical skills
* High level of proficiency with Excel
* Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* SAP experience a plus
