Job SummaryResponsible for the analysis, installation and administration of various network server platforms that support branch and department employees and act as backup to Information Technology Manager.

Job Description

* Installs, configures, upgrades, patches, monitors and maintains Windows server operating systems.
* Designs, installs, configures, monitors and maintains enterprise applications.
* Designs, plans, and implements business continuity and disaster recovery procedures for enterprise applications.
* Maintains a high level of reliability, availability, system security, and integrity on all systems.
* Meets the needs of our business units and members in a quality and professional manner.
* Works cooperatively on all projects with various team members.
* Develops and maintains documentation, diagrams, and procedures for all functions and services.
* Other duties as assigned.

Ten years or more experience as a Windows Systems Administrator.

Extensive and verifiable knowledge of the following technologies; Windows Server operating systems from 2008 thru 2016, Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policies, VMware vSphere Server Virtualization, Fiber Channel, ISCSI and NFS Storage, Networking technologies, Office 365, IIS, PowerShell, DNS, PowerCLI, Citrix, Cisco UCS, Splunk, backup technologies, anti-virus, SAML, multi-factor authentication, and Hardware Load Balancing, In-depth experience in designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining large-scale enterprise applications and systems. Credit Union or Banking experience preferred.


Four-year college degree or equivalent

Computer/Office Equipment Skills

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Managerial Responsibility

Have no supervisory/managerial responsibilities

Other Skills and Abilities

Ability to prioritize, organize and effectively communicate verbally as well as written.

Participate in a 7x24 on-call schedule rotation.


Physical Demands

Ability to sit, talk, and hear consistently

Ability to kneel, crouch or crawl, and use hands to handle or reach frequently

Ability to stand and walk occasionally

Vision Requirements

Closer vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less)

Distant vision (clear vision at 20 feet or more)

Color vision (ability to identify and distinguish colors)

Ability to adjust focus (ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus)

Ability to lift up to 10 pounds consistently

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally


Must be able to endure cold non-weather conditions occasionally, and risk of electrical shock consistently

Moderate noise (business office with computers and printers, light traffic)
