Job Description

As part of the Morningstar office in Oslo you will be closely involved with the broader teams in Oslo, across the Nordics, and our teams internationally in EMEA and US. Through this part time employment you will be exposed to different functions within the local and regional organization, and specially be involved in daily tasks across the functions such as Product, Service and Support, Finance, Data and Business Development. You will be the link between the internal and external stakeholders, and create and maintain structure and processes. Examples of areas you will be involved in, but not limited to, are; - Supporting Retail User on Morningstar websites; general question and login issues. - Supporting editorial team uploading videos and articles on Morningstar websites and Social Media - Proofreading/sanity checks on articles and analysis. - Helping Finance with registration of vendor invoices. - Assisting Service/Support team with different types of client cases. - General product/label translation for client solutions and MS website. - Assist local/regional teams in client events. - Data checks and maintanance Morningstar will provide job training and access to online classroom which will introduce you to our Morningstar Rating for funds, Morningstar Sustainability Rating and Low Carbon Risk Score on mutual funds. All derived from our global database on investment vehicales that you will get insight on through this program. These efforts will help you to succeed in your role.
