ADMINISTRATIE ASSISTANT-Moreno Valley Mall Spinoso Real Estate Group is a fast-growing national real estate firm, specializing in Enclosed Shopping Malls and Large-Scale Retail Properties. We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for Moreno Valley Mall in Moreno Valley, CA. Responsibilities include a variety of administrative and clerical duties including: the duties, support of general manager and operations manager, daily office and reception, interaction with vendors and retailers, report preparation and management, preparation of correspondence, memos and letters, and file management. Qualifications Associate degree or 2 years related experience. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office administrative assistant. Proficiency in MS Office ( MS Excel, Word, MS Power Point and Adobe) Attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multi task.
