Clerk Typist (Part-Time)

Here's what you can expect in the role:

* Updating excel sheets with work orders
* Management of ETQ work order reports
* Write work orders
* Assist with ordering parts and supplies for the department
* Take phone calls for the department
* Keeping track of auto and equipment records
* Keeping track of all purchases and locals for the department
* Record keepings for POs, receivables, and check requests
* Coordinating, scheduling, and creating agendas for meetings and send reminders of upcoming events/meetings
* Assist with online trainings
* Attendance report and vacation report for the department
* Data entry for various spreadsheets
* Document control of warranty, schematic, and drawings for all equipment
* Maintain the inventory for the department (i.e. stock for lights, screws, etc.)
* Other duties as assigned

Here's what you is required for the position:

* Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent GED required
* Minimum 1 year of clerical work or related experience
* Must have a valid driver's license
* Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office software (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
* Proficient in using standard office equipment (i.e. copier, fax machine, computers, phones, voicemail, etc.)
* Ability to retain confidential information as necessary in the position
* Ability to work with minimal supervision is preferred
