Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Project Engineer Co-Op. This position will be in Luling, LA, reporting to our Project Engineer Area Lead.

The Luling facility has a Co-op opening available for a college student pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field who has completed at least their sophomore year. Co-op assignments are approximately six months and are offered for either the spring or fall term of 2019.

Responsibilities may include

* Troubleshooting and providing recommendations for mechanical equipment
* Improving the reliability and cost associated with a process area's mechanical equipment
* Applying industry standards and government regulations
* Maintaining the inspection/testing requirements of area vessels and safety devices
* Developing Impromptu/Access reports for accessing maintenance information.


* Must be currently enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering degree program (or related field)
* Completed at least the sophomore year
* Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
* Must be returning to school following co-op term to continue program of study
