Job Summary

We are searching for an Intern to work part time throughout the school year and full time during the summer on one of our Partner teams. Our Interns help theeir team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. This is an opportunity to work side-by-side with intelligent, entrepreneurial colleagues who are dedicated to delivering the best for their clients and nothing short of that.

During your internship you will be asked to help your team prepare for client meetings and assist with follow up, contribute to projects that ensure integrity of client data, and participate in training/reading that help our employees reach their highest potential. All while encouraging collaboration, creating best practices, and promoting the Moneta culture.

Moneta is an independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) wholly focused on going further for our clients. We are one firm with many solutions, and we provide a full spectrum of financial advisory services, but our true purpose is centered on building relationships and providing exceptional service to our clients around the globe. Our teams advise clients on investments, risk management, retirement and tax planning, philanthropic intent, business consulting, cash management, education funding and estate planning.

Duties & Responsibilities

* Contribute to projects that ensure integrity of client data
* Processing mail and check deposits
* Ordering supplies and client gifts
* Scheduling team events/meetings and picking up food
* Prepare various documents for client signature
* Gain exposure to various types of financial planning software
* Data management of signed client forms
* Scanning, filing, and shredding of sensitive client documents
* Ensuring accuracy of completed trades
* Special projects as required by current needs of team

Qualifications

* Progress toward B.S. Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting; GPA 3.5 or higher preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Must be organized, meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
* Ability to interact well with clients and all employees
* Commitment to 'Raving Fan' service
* Professional attitude, demeanor, and appearance
