Responsibilities

The Supply Chain Analyst will focus on improving strategic Supply Chain Hard Surfaces planning through analytic capacity modeling and optimization. They willdevelop, implement and manage a robust S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process, while providing leadership with insight necessary to drive risk mitigation activities including capacity constraints, demand and mix shifts, customer forecasts and variation, etc.

+ Duties include heavy analysis, integration and coordination of various elements in assigned problem areas supporting Supply Chain.

+ Help analyze and align demand with capacity through the S&OP process for Hard Surfaces.

+ Develop and recommend alternate solutions derived from analytics topresent to senior level management and key stakeholders..

+ Improves and creates inventory reporting across key areas (e.g., fill rate, safety stock, inventory on hand, aged inventory, etc.). Monitors output and drives continuous improvement with each metric.

+ Develop new processes and procedures to deliver value-added supply chain analytical services to support management decision making processes

+ Executes cost and profit modeling through the use of existing capacity planning tools.

+ Refines statistical forecasts and identifies and quantifies risk using established quantitative methods and application software.

+ Collaborate with Product Demand Manager to develop, monitor, and improve forecast accuracy for product line(s).

+ Executes the "day to day" demand planning activities, including but not limited to supporting the S&OP developing and analyzing "one-off" and recurring demand analytics

+ Maintain and improve supply chain related reports using Business Intelligence software for distribution to clients and key stakeholders

+ Actively manage working and non-working inventories in assigned businesses to maintain compliance and achieve inventory investment targets

+ Builds relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure the supply chain strategies support company goals while meeting customer expectations.

+ Maintain report distribution lists and schedules.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's Degreerequired

+ 1-3 years of experience in the same or similar field

+ Highly analytical: critical-thinker; strong analytical aptitude and attention to detail; problem solver

+ Strong data management skills, Organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Ability to prioritize work, identifying potential delays and implementing solutions before they occur.

+ Must have a high mathematical aptitude and basic understanding of statistical modeling

+ Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with individuals at many levels of the organization.

+ Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts and have the ability to learn quickly and work under pressure.

+ Motivated: enthusiastic; strives for excellence; continually seeks to improve self and company; ability and strong desire to grow with the company; leads by example

+ Other job duties as assigned by management
