Job Description

The Enterprise Procure to Pay Lead is a key member of the team responsible for the implementation, deployment, post implementation and support of this company's SAP Enterprise Resource Planning Financial software solution. Provides leadership to a diverse global group and works collaboratively with Corporate and Regional Business leadership teams to achieve strategic goals and objectives deliver on promise, this company's Enterprise Resource Planning Procure to Pay Execution globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a global Enterprise Resource Planning Procure to Pay systems design plan and configure solutions to enable corporate strategic objective and drive business value.
  • Develop, lead, and deliver on promise the Enterprise Resource Planning Procure to Pay Execution globally to include integrations to other modules.
  • Design and deploy a global Enterprise Resource Planning organization that includes internal Information Technology, Business, and external partner resources.
  • Design and deploy Organization Change Management (OCM) structure, process, and Tools working closely with Human Resources.
  • Manage the budget, spend, schedule, and quality delivery (manage Scope) to deliver on promise using strong Project Management Skills and team members.

This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within the department.


This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May occasionally move or lift to 50 pounds.


This position will be based at the Corporate headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina with 40-50 percent out of-area and overnight travel expectations.

Education and Experience


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Global Enterprise Resource Planning Supply Chain implementations, SAP highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in an Enterprise leadership role and previous responsibility for functional and technical guidance over the whole project life cycle.
  • Strong Leadership and skills in deployment of SAP Procure to Pay (P2P) modules to global manufacturing companies.
  • Excellent Organizational Change Management skills and evidence of results in deploying Enterprise Resource Planning successfully for large companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflicts and priorities.
  • Inherent adaptability regardless of the complexity or variability of a situation, employs maxims for guidance with meanings that adapt continuously.
  • Proven experience developing training content and working with Organizational Change Management regional team leads to assess User Change Impact.
  • 10 years' experience in SAP Procure to Pay modules and integration experience and hands-on configuration experience in most Procure to Pay modules. Specific implementation experience with SAP Sourcing/Contract Life Cycle Management, Supplier Relationship Management; Excellent knowledge on integration to Finance and Material Management modules; Solution Manager experience is a plus.
  • Prior development and facilitation of Blueprint workshops on multiple process areas, with a focus on new Supplier Management functionality and strong integration experience within SAP.
  • Ability to assemble a global Supply Management team with strong leadership to coach and grow global Enterprise Resource Planning and functional teams. Ability to manage activities/tasks for geographically dispersed team with tight timelines and competing priorities.

Exceptional communication skills: Influence, collaboration, conflict, and expectation management to work with global Information Technology and business teams to deliver expected results
