Job Description

We are looking for a candidate with experience in sales/customer service to an upscale patient who can effectively multi task at a fast pace while providing superb patient service. The Patient Coordinator is a cross between a sales associate and concierge. The ideal candidate is sincere and enthusiastic with outstanding communication skills.

Duties include: Answering phone calls and website inquiries from prospective patients interested in cosmetic surgery; Educating patients about procedures; Managing the patient experience and the daily schedule; Presenting fee quotes to patients for cosmetic surgery and other procedures; Following-up with patients after the consultation; Coordinating surgery details for cosmetic surgeries.

We are looking for a Patient Coordinator who has the ability to be empathetic and personable. Attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, and computer proficiency are essential to success in this role. Must be a self-starter and a quick learner. Experience in plastic surgery is a plus. This is a full time position. We conduct skills assessments, background, and reference checks.
