Job Description

The Missouri Attorney General's Office is looking for a highly motivated attorney to assist with complex litigation, appeals, and policy initiatives.

Position responsibilities and opportunities include:

* Handle complex, high-profile cases filed by or against the State of Missouri in state and federal court.
* Prepare motions and briefs, manage discovery, take depositions, and communicate with clients.
* Assist with litigation strategy development.
* Work on novel constitutional, legislative, election, administrative, and class action issues.
* Research and implement policy initiatives.

Trial and appellate experience opportunities available.

Ideal candidates should have at least three years of litigation experience, excellent communication and writing skills, a strong commitment to public service, and a Missouri license.
