Job Description


As part of our fast-growing, high-tech environment, the marketing associate will coordinate and assist with marketing activities such as online advertising, email and direct mail, printing, customer events, webinars, and trade shows. The key objective of this role is to provide support for the North American sales and marketing team as well as help the region meet their objectives. The candidate should have an undergraduate degree in marketing, business or finance with 1 - 3 years of experience. Required skill set includes proficiency with MS Office and must be organized, detail-oriented with a positive, proactive, team-player approach.

This is a growth position and a successful candidate should be looking to 'learn the ropes' as it pertains to Field Marketing. Specific tasks will be many and varied. This person should be comfortable working in a fast paced, demanding but rewarding environment. Strong team players with good communication skills and a roll up the sleeves, can-do attitude will thrive.


* Work with the marketing, channel and sales team to support campaign execution
* Help manage data quality with our customer and prospect database
* Maintaining marketing inventory (booth, giveaways, shirts, supplies)
* Includes working with existing and researching new vendors
* Organize and maintain insertion orders and marketing contracts
* Assist with logistics and planning as part of general event support
* Assist onsite field events supporting regional and corporate activities (up to 30% travel-local and overnight)
* Ability to embrace learning new system and software tools (e.g. Hoovers, Marketo, NetSuite, etc.)
* Web lead processing - research and backfill contact and company record in NetSuite/Marketo
* Packing / unpacking events
* Event paperwork (get shipping and handling quotes, completing order forms, submitting insurance certificate, etc.)
* Surveys - enter survey responses and match to event badge scans
* Help with matching contact records to lists of target companies
* Help with data tagging and list maintenance in Marketo


* Bachelor's degree, Marketing preferred
* Ability to work independently and think creatively
* Strong ability to learn new technologies and leverage systems efficiently
