What Impact You Will Have:

This position assists the Product Development function with product testing, research, meeting preparation, quality control, report distribution and analysis, data entry, materials production, product development tasks and other special projects. The intern will also assist the team with various tasks related to the organization's product development projects. The successful candidate is proactive, ambitious, and organized.

Responsibilities

A Day in the Life:

* Perform data entry in logs, spreadsheets, and databases (includes MS Excel and other MS products)
* Perform quality control, user testing, content deployment and other various tasks
* Perform research; analyze, summarize, and present results
* Assist with project documentation
* Assist with course development projects
* Create project submission documentation
* Assist the Accreditations & Operations Product team with contract processing, data entry, report generation and analysis, and research projects.
* Generate and analyze system reports; collect and compile data for other reports
* Perform research; summarize and present results
* Process invoices, contracts, and agreements
* Perform data entry in logs, spreadsheets, and databases (includes MS Excel, Metrics That Matter, Sitecore, Daptiv, and so on)


* Other special projects as assigned such as:
* Competitor Analysis - filling in the spreadsheet that we can analyze the data from, identifying differentiators


* MTM data research - running individual reports for instructors or courses and identifying key trends (common issues, updates required, common clients comments both positive and negative)
* Validation of learning styles

Qualifications

* Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Proven attention to detail and quality
* Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently
* Positive attitude with team orientation
* Ability to interact with all levels of the organization (from individual contributors to executive management)
* Demonstrated advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel a plus
* Familiarity with learning management systems and XML a plus
* Experience with instructional design or adult learning theory a plus
* Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator a plus, but not a necessity
* Strong Analytical skills
