What Impact You Will Have:

You will assist with corporate tax and general accounting functions. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in several tax and accounting disciplines including income tax, indirect tax and month-end close tasks.

Responsibilities

A Day in the Life:

* You will assist with quarterly and year-end federal, international, and state tax compliance.
* You will process electronic tax payments and check requests.
* You will routine tax authority correspondence.
* You will obtain updated customer exemption certificates and enter them into ONESOURCE or a template.
* You will manage tax exemptions in the ONESOURCE Tax Determination system and maintain documentation for audit purposes.
* You will prepare account reconciliations for small volume entities.
* You will prepare month-end journal entries and record in accounting system.
* You will prepare month-end account reconciliations.
* You will assist in month-end business review analysis.
* You will assist with business license and business registration compliance.

Qualifications

What You'll Need:

* Pursuing bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area of study
* You have strong Excel skills and computer literacy required.
* You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* You have strong organizational skills; deadline driven.
* You have the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
