Job Description

Midland University, a private, Christian, liberal arts university in Fremont, Nebraska (just outside of metro Omaha), is accepting applications for the position of Dunklau School of Business Program Assistant - Administrative Specialist. The position will be offered within our program assistant structure, requiring admission to the University's Master of Business Administration program.

The position will support the Dunklau School of Business at both the Omaha and Fremont locations. The Program Assistant will provide administrative and research support for all undergraduate, graduate and professional studies programs. The candidate will also assist in maintaining relationships with students, business partners, and other Midland departments.

The position is compensated in tuition remission from the University and is a half-time role, and the candidate would like to start MBA classes in August. The candidate will join a small, fast-paced team, with opportunities to grow and expand the role outlined below in areas of interest.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Administrative and logistical support for the Dunklau School of Business
* Email and phone communication with students, faculty, business partners, and other departments within the University.
* Conducting basic research in support of DSB programs.
* Compiling data and creating presentations for the Dean

Need to have:

* Strong communication skills and professional tone
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work independently on outcomes-focused projects
* Ability to multitask
* A bachelor's degree
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel.
