Director of PACE (Senior Services)

Midland Care is looking for a Director for our Senior Services Division (PACE) responsible for the oversight and administration of the PACE programming.  This includes Implementation and effectively managing the associated Midland Care policies and procedures associated with identified and assigned PACE programs throughout service area. Duties include ensuring that programs comply with all Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and State of Kansas guidelines, ensuring financial viability/continued growth of the programs, managing business relationships with all contracted providers, and managing the state and federal relationships surrounding the programs.

Available to full-time and part-time employees


Required: College degree in nursing, public health administration, or related human services with 2 years’ experience.  Specialized experience working in an interdisciplinary team setting. Strong personnel and financial management skills, and interest in working with the elderly. Must be able to utilize software for data analysis and aggregation. Must possess a valid Kansas Driver’s License, in force automobile liability insurance and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets organization’s insurability standard as defined by Midland policy. Availability of reliable transportation is required for this position.

Preferred: Knowledge of 24 hour health care delivery systems and working knowledge of HMOs is strongly desired.
