JOB PURPOSE:

Assist and develop skills and knowledge in the production of graphic and video/3D projects for Midco marketing efforts.

KEY FUNCTIONS:

* Develop knowledge and assist in operation of graphic design, video and 3D editing software. Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, After Effects, Premier), Cinema4D or equivalent.
* Demonstrate ability to understand and expand knowledge of basic graphic design, video editing, 3D element creation and related computer applications.
* Develop knowledge and assist with web page development and management using a content management system. EPI Server or equivalent.
* Demonstrate ability to understand and expand knowledge of web page development and content management applications.
* Continue to develop skills across all platforms.
* Make leadership aware of ideas and suggestions to improve and develop graphics and video elements.
* Be willing to work on special projects as assigned.
* Adhere to Midco privacy guidelines to ensure each customer's privacy.
* Maintain regular attendance as required by your position.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

* High school diploma or GED required.
* Working towards a degree or certification as part of the Augie Access Program.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

* The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
* The noise level in the work environment is moderate to loud.
