Job Description

* Responsible for Flash products manufacturing support
* Supports with yield improvement activities and ongoing manufacturing flows (Testing, Programming, production failures and holds)
* Validates and qualifies design/process enhancements and changes in products released after MRR
* Provides support to the NPI PE team on new product issue supports before/during MRR
* Continually collaborates with Design, Software, Programming, TD/TE members in order to deliver quality products and ensure on-time delivery
* Works very closely with Planning and Test Ops teams to ensure production requirements are met continually
* Also supports customer issues by working with Marketing and Applications teams
* New College Graduate
* BS degree
* Must possess solid understanding of digital circuits, CMOS logic, VLSI design, semiconductor physics
* Expertise understanding Layouts and schematics
* Knowledge of Failure Analysis techniques (Bench set ups, Oscilloscopes, Photoemission, Liquid crystal, FIB pads, de-processing) is desirable.
* Expertise in writing scripts using PERL, or C++
* Strong analytical, problem-solving and detail oriented skills
* Design skills in Verilog / VHDL
* Strong communication, documentation and presentation skills
* Knowledge of Military standards like MIL-STD-883E, MIL-PRF-38535 is a plus
