As a Test Engineer Intern at Micron, you will develop, debug, and maintain test code. In this position you will be expected to understand the part data sheet. Your responsibilities will also include but are not limited to: analyzing yield and testing issues; implementing and qualifying test time reductions; developing and implementing engineering monitors; and analyzing and implementing corrective actions for QA/customer returns. You will be expected to interface with outside engineering groups to resolve issues. You will also support R&D; interacting closely with Process and Product Engineering (wafer), and design and debug hardware.

Qualifications:

Successful Candidates for this position will have:

* The ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting project deadlines
* The ability to work independently
* Excellent communication skills
* Unix/Linux/Windows knowledge
* C++/Python/Perl coding skills
* Electronics/Electrical circuit knowledge
* As applied to the part
* As applied to the test equipment
* Knowledge of digital systems and logic gates
* Knowledge of transistor operation
* Basic understanding of the entire semiconductor memory process flow (NAND and/or DRAM)
* Semiconductor device knowledge (preferred)
* ATE experience (beneficial)

Education:

Must have completed junior year working toward a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering,
