As a Systems Architect at Micron Technology, Inc., you will work with the Mobile Systems Architecture team on developing and enabling memory subsystem architectures, using simulation, emulation, or both, that will shape the future of mobile systems.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:

* Working with internal engineering teams to build C/C++, SystemC, and Bus Functional models
* Building proof of concepts with state-of-the-art memory subsystems;
* Running simulations and extracting traces using emulation
* Constructing performance monitoring means (e.g. energy, cycles, statistics gathering, etc.)

Qualifications:

Successful candidate for this position will have:

* Strong knowledge and experience in modeling HW systems
* Experience with modeling languages, tools, and techniques
* Experience in development of cycle-accurate or cycle-approximate models
* Knowledge or experience in DRAM and NAND memory systems as well as other memory types
* Strong experience in C/C++ and Python
* Exposure to SW development practices, including knowledge of cross-platform development

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with Board Support Package (BFS)
* Experience with SystemC
* Experience with memory simulators
* Exposure to various Bus Protocols (AMBA, CoreConnect, OCP) and mobile protocols
* Exposure to FPGAs and other hardware development kits

Education:

MS or PhD in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Computer Science
