Role Value Proposition: 

The Banking Consultant will assist in the coordination, execution and management of strategic initiatives and business-related activities in support of Banking and Cash Management processes globally.


Key Responsibilities:  

  • Assists in ensuring end-to-end data accuracy and reporting on a global basis – including metrics  and data related to Cash Management, Bank Fees, Disbursements/Collections, Bank Relations and Project Management
  • Coordinates and develops relationships with shared service centers, Lines of Business, subsidiaries and branches by providing effective banking tools to help reduce bank service fees and improve the efficiency of operations and cash management
  • Support cross functional areas within  and outside of Global Banking and Cash Management
  • Assists in ensuring quality processes and customer satisfaction in processing of collection, disbursement, bank account management, bank fee activities and cash management
  • Coordinates bank account administration and balance reporting management to ensure all company cash accounts are used appropriately and balances are managed expeditiously.



Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, fundamentals, and techniques of cash management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial theory and applications and of financial statement analysis
  • Comprehensive understanding of the company’s products, trading strategies, and market characteristics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field, CCM, CPA, or MBA preferred
  • Ability to understand business plans and support management through sound financial guidance. Superior consulting, analytical, interpersonal, communications, time management, and project management skills.



  • 3-5+ years of related Treasury or finance experience



  • Analytical, strong computer skills with experience with MS Excel modeling (including Analysis ToolPak) and MS PowerPoint, project management and communication skills, Intermediate to Advance Sharepoint development knowledge.
