Job Description

Overview:

The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluation and treatment of patients by developing and implementing individual goal oriented therapy programs in keeping with Meridian policies and procedures while abiding by regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

[Minimum education]

A minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy required, Doctorate preferred.

[Minimum work experience]

A minimum of 1 year Physical Therapist experience preferred, but willing to train new grads with strong clinical rotation experience in acute care.

[Required licenses/certifications]

NJ Licenced Physical Therapist Required.

CPR/BLS certification required.

[Required skills]

Availability to support 7 day coverage for Per Diem shifts as needed.
