In this role, you have the opportunity to

Help Mercury understand the On Time Delivery and Quality performance we achieve with our key customers.

You are responsible for

* Working within the supplier portals of our key customers to mine scorecard data
* Working with personnel from various Mercury business units to investigate the internal reasons for quality issues and missed deliveries
* Helping analyze the data and identify root causes of issues within business units

To succeed in this role,you should have the following skills and experience

* Working towards a Bachelor's degree in business.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.)
* Ability to work with a wide range of personalities (technical, no-technical, business, engineering, etc.)
* Fluent in English
* Eager learner
* Productive individual contributor
* Self-starter requiring minimal supervision
