The Business Development Center receives in-bound leads and makes out-bound inquiries with the goal of setting appointments at the dealership for the sales team. Job Requirements: Applicant must have proven phone skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Work conducted in a call center environment or equivalent automotive sales experience a must. Schedule includes rotating days, evenings, and weekends for a 40-hour work week.
