Mercedes-Benz Call CenterRare opportunity to join an elite team at a prestigious Mercedes-Benz Dealership! The Business Development Center receives in-bound leads and makes out-bound inquiries with the goal of setting appointments at the dealership for the sales team. Job Requirements: Applicant must have proven phone skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Work conducted in a call center environment or equivalent automotive sales experience a must. Schedule includes rotating days, evenings, and weekends for a 40-hour work week. This is a full-time position opportunity. Ideal Candidates: Seeking passion and excellence. Strong ability to problem solve. Positive attitude and dynamic personality. Competitive and Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task. Minimum education of High School diploma or GED equivalent. Successful automotive call center experience preferred.
