Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our global accounting team. Your internship will focus on improving accounts payable and the logistic processes related to invoice submission as well as various other projects.

Responsibilities

* Analyze the invoices received and related goods receipts on a macro-level to assist Accounts Payable colleagues in driving action items to reduce the count of open good receipts


* Work with our North American manufacturing facilities and distribution centers to improve logistic processes


* Work with Accounts Payable and the suppliers to understand and improve the invoice submission processes, including EDI


* Develop Key Performance Indicator reports to understand the trends and thus provide visibility to management


* Support the dynamic discounting process


* Must be participating in a Bachelor's Program or higher (or have graduated within the past 12 months) required
* GPA of 3.0 or higher required
* An attached resume is required
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills


* Pursuing a degree in Finance or Supply Chain Management preferred
