Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support and performing general duties to support the efficient daily operation of the campus. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive attitude, attention to detail and accuracy and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced, student centered environment.

Responsibilities include:

* Greeting and assisting students and visitors to our campus.
* Answering phones and routing calls.
* Performing general clerical duties to include but not limited to: document generation, mailing, and printing.
* Other duties as assigned.

The work schedule for this position is 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm Monday through Thursday; 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturdays.

Qualifications

Education:

* High School Diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred

Experience:

* 1-3 years of customer service experience in an office setting

Required Skills:

* Ability to quickly master computer applications
* Enjoy helping others
* Excellent oral & written communication skills
* Proficiency with MS Office
* Strong data entry skills
* Detail oriented
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to be a team player
* Alertness and accuracy
* Ability to quickly master new skills
