Role Profile:

As a member of our Reliability Engineering team, you will be responsible for scaling healthcare industry's leading cloud-based analytics platform and products by automating the application infrastructure, deployment, and monitoring of those products in production. You should have a passion for automating as much as possible and constantly be on the lookout for areas where operational and code efficiencies can be improved.


* Participate in the Agile DevOps design, development, testing, and release of new capabilities and features with focus on release and post-production support.
* Create meaningful dashboards, logging, alerting, and responses to ensure that issues are captured and addressed proactively
* Write custom code or scripts to automate infrastructure, monitoring services, and test cases
* Automate the provisioning of environments: cooking up some recipes with Chef, and deploying Docker containers.
* Develop and enable continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) for different applications
* Field questions from other product teams or support teams
* SFTP Request Support
* JIRA Application System Support

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
* Experience writing code in Java/C#, Shell, Python, or a similar language

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in technology delivery in a DevOps Engineering environment.
* Experience in CI/CD automation.
* Experience with Container technology using Docker.
* Experience with modern infrastructure automation toolkit such as Chef and Jenkins.
* Experience with production monitoring concepts and implementation including synthetic, real user, application performance, system, log, time-series, and dashboarding. Includes tools like AppDynamics, Grafana, ELK, Zabbix etc.
* Experience with OOP concepts and with server automation and scripting
* Experience In sFTP support(ex. Globalscape)
* Experience in SFTP
* Experience Production Support experience in Linux /Windows environments.
