Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Handles all functions related to telephone operations including screening, routing, obtaining messages and forwarding to the appropriate areas, and general voicemail.
* Greets visitors and maintains front desk in a professional manner.
* Ensures office supplies stations are stocked.
* Coordinates agendas and conference call setups for associates.
* Work with MGA and TPA services to provide processing services.
* Verification of accounts Payable coding
* Performs other clerical duties as assigned by different departments.
* Ability to interact with others in a professional manner.
* Work with office manager to distribute communications to all associates.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
* Minimum of two (2) years previous experience in a office administration position.
* Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.
* Must be self motivated, very organized and detailed oriented.
* Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
* Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills and problem solving abilities.
* Sit, stand, walk/ambulatory.
* Ability to lift 10 pounds.
