Here's where you come in:

We are currently seeking a Accounts Payable Coordinator II to join our team as a member of our growing Infrastructure division.

You're great at:

Accounts Payable

* Manage the issuance of vendor payments.

Administrative

* Audit contracts against subcontract pay request/invoices to ensure compliance.
* Maintain accurate contract information as it relates to vendor billings in the ERP system.
* Respond to day-to-day concerns and resolve existing or anticipated problems.
* Champion resolution and communication between vendor and PM's for payment resolution and/or complex job reconciliation and substantiation.

Communication

* Communicate with project management personnel, accounting, contractors, and subcontractors.
* Work with supervisory personnel to establish/implement necessary procedures.

Support

* Assist department staff with projects.
* Develop relationships with internal/external customers to build trust and become aware of potential future projects, contracts, and issues.
* Create specialized reconciliation reporting as needed.

What we would like to see from you:

* Associate's degree (AA) with business or accounting emphasis from a college or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
* Understanding and prior experience with multi-state lien laws and requirements required.
* Three (3) years prior accounts payable experience with construction industry contracts, invoices and subcontracts required.
* Demonstrated proficiency specializing in subcontract AP construction processing preferred.
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.
* Knowledge of job cost accounting is preferred.
