McInturf Realty closes more than 700 transactions a year and is the top privately owned real estate company in Tuscarawas County. Our agents and staff are our greatest differentiator and competitive advantage in the market we serve.


Under the direction of the real estate agent involved, the transaction coordinator will coordinate, track and oversee all tasks and activities associated with the closing of property including administrative duties, transaction management, closing coordination and customer service issues. In addition, the position will assist when needed with issues related to database management.


• Experience in real estate sales and knowledge of real estate terms, forms and software program preferred.

• Candidate must take initiative and have the ability to prioritize.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.

• Proven ability to prioritize and to effectively juggle multiple tasks  required.

• Demonstrated attention to detail and excellent analytical skills are required. 

• Must be able to provide minimum of 2 professional references.

- Training will be provided. 

- Full time, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri.

- Compensation based on experience
