Job Description

Title: Loan Administration Coordinator

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months-potential to go perm

Rate: $30 - $35/hr

Number of Positions: 2

Years of experience: 5+

  • Mortgage side of the business servicing support and reconciliations department
  • This is a more junior staff accountant with preferably mortgage experience or someone that understands the mortgage life cycle-Someone that can help with the grunt work
  • Must have excellent Excel, Microsoft Suite, Pivot Tables, and V-Look-ups knowledge
  • Experience with GL reconciliations
  • Would like to have a person with Investor reporting and accounting background
  • Someone with FAS91
  • Look for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae reconciliation experience

Job Description:


Associate degree preferred or commensurate work experience in a related field

Knowledge of investor accounting principles and concepts preferred

Demonstrated experience using mortgage servicing systems preferred

Customer service mindset with a team and goal oriented approach to day to day operations internally and externally

Knowledge of Microsoft Suite with proficiency in Microsoft Excel


Review mortgage sale information and compare to trade dollar amounts

Enter mortgage sale data into Excel spreadsheets

Assist Investor Accounting Analyst with wire preparation and other related tasks

Effectively communicate issues in a timely manner

Perform research and provide assistance with approved trades

Perform other related duties as requested
