Job Description

McDonald's USA, Stamford CT Field Office is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support functional departments. This is an excellent opportunity to build upon your professional experience in team-oriented environment. You will be a critical team member and will perform a wide variety of specialized and administrative functions to support the functional departments within our field office. The top candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills and a proven track record getting results in a team environment and independently.


* Provide a wide range of administrative and project management support for the respective McDonald's

field office to include its functional leadership (e.g. Operations, McDonald's Head Quarters (MHQ)/Global Teams)

* Under the direction of the Field Administrative Manager, provide full support on field office facilities management, and develop expertise in all field office procedures, technology/IT programs and all applicable McDonald's technical tools/programs used in the field.
* Provide support and participate in the planning and coordination of all on/off site field office meetings/events while prioritizing field office/departmental needs regarding meetings, time frames and deadlines.
* Develops and maintains internal systems for calendar, project, and deadline management while working cross functionally between functional departments, McDonald's Franchisee organizations/networks, MHQ and all other key stakeholders.
* Manage the complexand detailed travel needs including air, hotel and all other travel-related needs.

Functional Department Support

* Perform special projects for the functional leader or functional area, which may include coordinating and organizing various activities with a variety of personnel and assuming responsibility for completion, tracking, daily decisions and follow-up. May analyze and summarize data to provide field office leadership with relevant information and/or recommendations for management decision-making.
* Supports and partners closely with multiple field office team lead on managing various ad hoc projects for their assigned department.
* Act as gatekeeper for field office and functional departments to determine importance of internal/external customer needs/request, field office staff and incoming correspondence.
* Adjust schedules, meetings and activities based on the functional leaders' department priorities and activities which may change frequently.
* Assist with drafting broad communications, developing presentation materials, maintain SharePoint/file storage content, coordination of meetings and secure and set up meeting rooms to include web conferences (WebEx, etc.) for departments.
* Compile, generate and manage reports designed to provide analytical support to the respective department as needed by the functional lead.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex situations based on significant knowledge of the business unit

and management's priorities.
