Job Description

About MBX SystemsMBX is hiring an Account Manager to join our sales team. The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and assuring that revenue targets are met or exceeded. The Account Manager will work collaboratively with other departments towards strategic company goals, and members of the MBX sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and success. This is an opportunity to establish a position as a trusted advisor to your customer base.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Address and uncover potential opportunities and pitfalls through the process of strategic questioning, listening, and thinking
  • Assist with developing and executing strategic and tactical plans for customers, to uncover new business opportunities
  • Support a remote, global customer base
  • Network with customers to increase contact with C-level decision makers to remain cognizant of company and market conditions
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews, sometimes face to face, to ensure their needs are being anticipated, identified and satisfied
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations to generate new business


Ideal Candidate Possesses:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Exceptional organizational and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and tasks at any given time
  • Ability to prioritize and execute sales targets to achieve results
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Consultative, sales savvy and able to influence decision makers
  • Effective planning and organizational skills
