Job Description

Seeks out prospective customers/business opportunities with new and existing customers.
Establishes and maintains customer relationships in order to grow profitable sales.
Follows-up on all generated quotations to assure that the customer is being serviced and to document
Implement a sales plan to support sales and profitability goals. Attend meetings, conferences, and/or seminars as directed.
Make updates on sales activities on Prosperworks
Convert and log qualified leads to Prosperworks
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
Present our company to potential clients
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and President /VP
Report to the President/VP on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
Administrative-30%

Provide, support and participate in the bidding process
Upload all plans for estimating
Create and set up jobs/contracts
Responsible for all project documentation
Prepare billings
Attend project meetings
Assist in project/permit close-out documents
Make phone calls to support estimating activities
Answer phones and process mail
Prepare applications and other requirements
Coordinate office communications, including routing phone calls, correspondence, mail, packages, deliveries, and calendars
Monitor insurance and bond requirements for subcontractors and vendors
Assist in maintaining effective relationships with clients, designers and consultants
Assist in preparation and/or record meeting minutes
Maintain filing systems

Reports directly to the company's CEO, Chief Executive, or President. Assists and works in conjunction with Project manager, and field supervisor.

TRAVEL

This position involves some domestic travel (10-15%), including occasional trade show support, training and conference opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Bachelor's degree in sales or closely related field with three years of relevant sales and industry experience; or equivalent combined education and on the job experience
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
Excellent communication skills; both internal and external
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
REQUIREMENTS

Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Experience with CRM software (Prosperworks, Zoho, Salesforce)
Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to deliver engaging presentations
Preferred BSC degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field

Qualifications

Applicants must be eligible to work in the specified location
