Job Description

Overall Job Summary

The primary job function of the Software Intern will be the completion of one or more software projects. A project may include a modification or addition to a portion of the Lightning Pick (LP) product suite, the creation of a software tool for internal LP use, or an addition to an existing customer's LP system. The completion of each project may require the software intern to explore, understand, and utilize unfamiliar tools, purchased products, or integrated components. Along with this primary function, the software intern would get the opportunity to participate in LP internal design discussions, planning sessions, and customer events that are held in the Waukesha facility. The software intern would also be expected to learn the basic functionality and application of the Lightning Pick product suite.
