Job Description

Have you provided customer support for technical products? Do you like working in a 3D CAD-like environment? Do you enjoy helping people to advance medical device design and research? Are you a recent graduate looking for an exciting new challenge? Then we have the perfect job for you! We have a great opportunity for a Medical Software Application Engineer in our Plymouth, Michigan office. As a Medical Software Application Engineer you will support the Mimics Innovation Suite of software in North America in a variety of ways.

Primary Focus of Position:

* Provide technical support to customers and evaluators
* Join sales staff at customer visits to provide technical demonstrations
* Conduct training classes for customers
* Assist with technical expertise at trade shows
* Test and support software during development stage
* Give presentations to small and large audiences

Skills and Abilities:

* Bachelor's Degree required, concentration in engineering preferred
* Excellent computer skills required
* Good communication and problem solving skills a must
* Experience with Mimics or 3D Medical Modeling software a plus
* Medical-related experience preferred
* CAD/FEA experience a plus
* Organized and self-motivated

This is a full time, exempt position in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with competitive salary and benefits. Assistance for relocation or visa sponsorship is not available.
