Massage Envy Front Desk experience Required

Junior Assistant Manager

IMMEDIATE OPENING- APPLY TODAY! - Full Time or Part Time

Earn $13.00/hr (Depending on Experience)

(Additional opportunity for individual Sales Commission and Monthly Bonuses)

As a Junior Assistant Manager, you will be part of the leadership team and as such will be expected to uphold all of the values of the Massage Envy Spa Brand including being a shining example of Massage Envy Service Essentials. As a leader amongst your peers, you will also be responsible to consistently maintain the integrity of all of the procedures and policies of the clinic operations.

* Ensure efficient and accurate operations of the clinic including opening and closing.
* Setting and achieving incremental team and individual goals related to membership and gift card sales, service hours, customer service, and member management.
* To manage and lead the team in completing all FR operations efficiently throughout the day to day operations.
* Member management - Re-engaging inactive members, reducing suspended members, cancellations and freezes etc.
* Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager's policies, procedures and direction.
* Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool.
* Upholding the Massage Envy brand's core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy.
* As new products and services are in introduces, leads take the roll in training and execution.
* Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members.

* Building a high-achieving team by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing training and mentorship, and reviewing performance regularly to empower team members to improve and grow.
* Running a tight ship where every operational detail is addressed, from managing inventory and deposits to ensuring compliance with all labor and employment laws applicable to location employees (including any local and state licensing laws for massage therapists and estheticians).
* Creating a strong workplace culture where all employees feel valued, good work is recognized, issues are resolved quickly and fairly, and everyone feels connected to the mission.
