Position Summary: The summer intern will support the MB Human Resource Department with multiple projects and administrative functions.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

* Creating documents and FAQ site on SharePoint for standard procedures
* Analyze, prepare and organize important material.
* Provide support to HRIS functional area, to include performing a variety of support or administrative tasks as necessary.
* Troubleshooting user issues with HRIS, Learning Management and Performance Management systems
* Conduct interviews/focus group meetings with HR staff regarding technology and needs
* Work with HRIS team to organize and update HR SharePoint site
* Create process for Managers and HR to track internal applicants
* Assists with maintenance and development of the HRIS system
* Other functions as determined by team

Position Requirements:

Required Skills and Experience:

* Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
* Computer savvy, with experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Willing and able to learn new HRIS systems
* Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
* Natural curiosity to understand and learn the business
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Currently enrolled and working towards an undergraduate degree
* Concentration in Human Resources, Business or Marketing strongly preferred
* Possess and exhibit a strong and genuine interest in working with people and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills, organizational skills and detail-orientation a must
* Forward thinking and ability to be agile within a workplace
* Excellent follow-up skills with the ability to complete assignments/projects through to completion
* Ability to research given topics in HRIS/IT areas
* Superior professionalism, reliability and flexibility is critical

Preferred Experience:

* Visio or similar program
* Database and/or reporting experience
* Cloud based applications understanding and experience
* Proficient in Excel, e.g., Vlookups
* Microsoft Power BI
* Preferably in last year of college
* HTML or Website layout and development skills
