The Role:

Oliver Wyman is seeking exceptionally qualified candidates for a Recruiting Intern position - interested individuals should have extraordinary intellectual curiosity, maturity and judgment, as demonstrated by their academic experience and extracurricular responsibilities.

The Recruiting Intern will assit with several aspects of the campus and experienced hire recruiting processes to ensure Oliver Wyman is the employer of choice amongst candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

* As part of the Americas recruiting team, support several aspects of the recruitment cycle. Work throughout the internship across Campus hiring, MBA Associate hiring and finally Experienced Hire during this fall internship.
* Support aspects of the recruitment cycle including in-office events and interview days
* Manage communications with candidates promptly, answering emails and requests as needed by recruiters and candidates
* Assist with the shipping of campus marketing materials and generate marketing ideas
* Coordinate interview days for campus recruiting, MBA recruiting and Experienced Hire recruiting efforts.
* Interview day management including scheduling interviewer time, managing room booking, ordering catering, printing and collating interviewer packs, assisting with candidate travel planning, collecting receipts and travel reimbursement request forms from candidates
* Assist with sourcing Experienced Hire candidates from LinkedIn, other job boards

Your Key Qualifications:

* You'll be a current student, working towards a bachelor's degree
* Fluency in English
* A high level of energy, creativity and initiative-taking
* The ability to work independently, but also as part of highly collaborative team
* Strong interpersonal, analytical, and written & verbal communication skills
* A results-oriented attitude
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
