Job Description

Office Management- Dispatch: Fast-paced work environment, proficient in Microsoft Office and Google; will train for our dispatch software. Writing, analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to communicate and listen effectively, must be accurate and neat, ability to follow oral and written instructions, records and data management, scheduling and supervision, work independently or part of a team; Valid driver's license; Individual must pass rigorous background checks and by law, random drug and alcohol testing. Primary Work Functions: Support the call center and satellite office teams, provide excellent customer service, multi-task as necessary, creatively organize office operations and procedures, interview, register and train volunteers and drivers, order supplies, maintain confidentiality, schedule and attend meetings and assist with in-house activities, verifications and overall staff and volunteer management.
