Our continued success and devotion to Engineering Excellence has created a need for a RCDD Telecommunications Engineer/Project Manager. We are looking for a candidate experienced in the design and implementation of interesting and challenging telecommunication pathways, spaces and cable plant projects for high profile government commercial and institutional customers. Candidates will be working with our existing team of high quality BSEEs and RCDD professionals within a growing company of 2,000+ employees.
Position responsibilities include design, design/build and construction activities on projects located both in the USA and internationally. You will design, cost estimate, project engineer, and manage projects. We have a dedicated educational staff to assist with other training needs for your career growth.

Required Skills


  • BSEE required
  • RCDD is required
  • PMP is preferred, but equivalent work experience accepted
  • Must have 5+ years of commercial telecommunication experience
  • Must have work experience on Large commercial projects
  • Must possess thorough knowledge of ISP and OSP standards
  • Must have knowledge of industry standards (EIT/TIA, NEC)
  • Must have software skills to include: CAD/Micro station, Estimating Software, MS Excel, MS Project
  • Must have good interpersonal and writing skills and be a problem owner/solver
  • Must be able to meet deadlines and multitask.
  • Must be able to work in fast paced team oriented environment
  • Positions are primarily located in our Corporate Office near Dulles, VA - (Dulles Airport/Toll Rd.)
    Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
