Job Description

We are looking for the next best customer care specialist with existing product knowledge and installation background!

What you'll be doing daily
· Receive chat / email / calls from our shower door end users and our dealers
· Aid our customers and dealers with pre-sale and after sales questions and needs
· Use multiple resources/computer systems, and integrate information to solve customers' problems
· Provide basic technical help for our products
· Maintain a positive attitude when working with concerned customers
· Maintain accountability for 100% customer satisfaction

Requirements
· Be comfortable in a technical environment using multiple channels to communicate with our customers including computer and tablets
· Have a friendly, pleasant attitude, and work well with the team
· Be able to obtain product knowledge on an ongoing basis
· Be ready to handle back to back calls / chats / emails from multiple sources
· Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
· Must have excellent communication skills, professionalism and poise
