Job Description

Our Client, a Multi-national organisation, is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to join a "Centre of Excellence" based in their US head office. The main purpose of this role will be to leverage the Workday platform with a focus on effective delivery of key areas within the organisations' overall strategy. You will be an integral member of the wider HR team, providing support with any new and existing HR projects.

The main responsibilities of the role will be as follows:

  • Works with other members of the HR team to ensure consistent administration of all policies and practices
  • The Senior HRIS Analyst will be a catalyst for cultural advancement of the organisation by consistently modelling a positive attitude, cooperative team spirit, and high integrity
  • Oversees the Company-wide exempt and non-exempt appraisal process to include communication of deadlines and the review and approval of completed forms
  • Provides support in functional areas of human resources including but not limited to recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluation, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development, training, AA/EEO, and special projects
  • Tracks outstanding Workday issues; works closely with Workday support team to manage, implement, & test changes in the system
  • Using established procedures and working independently, or on a team, to perform assigned tasks
  • Manage the Workday tenant and work closely with our support partners to ensure the overall health of our business processes within Workday
  • Acts as an ambassador/diplomat with employees to build strong two-way communication and ensure employees have the opportunity to bring ideas and concerns to the attention of leadership
  • Prepares reports in conformance with legislated requirements or organization needs
  • Assists in the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee booklets, communications, and/or meetings
  • Participates in policy review meetings and suggests changes to align associate needs with business objectives
