Job Description

The Systems Analyst will be responsible for all planning, technical, communication, documentation, and maintenance tasks associated with the implementation of system interfaces for our company's products. Interacts with internal and external teams throughout multiple phases of the project.

Responsibilities of the Systems Analyst:

  • Interacts with clients to understand integration need, and provide required interface.
  • Responsible for implementation of interfaces.
  • Work and communicate independently with the client's implementation team on regular basis.
  • Analyzes and documents customer requirements and business workflow for integration implemented.
  • Tests and validates implemented interfaces based on customer requirements.
  • Assists sales team in explaining the interface mechanisms and details to the clients on presale conference calls.
  • Maintains and supports existing interfaces.
  • Follows project management mechanism to track implementation process on regular basis throughout the implementation.
  • Assist clients to setup network interface through necessary ports, IP addresses, VPN, etc. configurations.

Requirements of the System Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of job-related experience, including interface implementation
  • Experience working with interface engines.
  • Knowledge of installing, troubleshooting, and upgrading existing and new systems
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, VB, etc.
  • In depth understanding, working knowledge, and experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2008R2 and above.
