* Under minimal supervision, this position plans, executes and coordinates the university's enrollment marketing and recruitment strategies, with a focus on LMU's graduate programs. Under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Communications for Enrollment Management, this position oversees marketing plans and projects that achieve graduate enrollment objectives, supporting university-wide and program-specific multi-channel campaigns. This position also serves as a graduate admissions counselor, attending recruitment events and advising prospective graduate students. The position ensures that graduate enrollment communications achieve identified outcomes, align with the university's mission and goals, and advance the university's strategic priorities and brand strategy as part of a broader, synchronized, multi-disciplinary team of communications professionals. This position is fully integrated within LMU's Marketing and Communications team and embedded in Enrollment Management.

Position Specific Responsibilities:

* Manage and implement concurrent, interdependent short-, medium-, and long-term marketing communications projects that support both the university's and Enrollment Management's goals and priorities, with a focus on graduate enrollment marketing and recruitment. (20%)
* Provide enrollment marketing strategy and tactical support to LMU's colleges, schools and programs, ensuring coordination and alignment with the university's enrollment marketing strategy and brand standards. (10%)
* Lead email strategy for graduate enrollment, write/edit and coordinate graduate enrollment email campaigns using the university's CRM. (10%)
* Own LMU Graduate Admissions web and social media strategy, producing social content and maintaining a useful, accurate and compelling website that supports enrollment goals. 10%)
* Lead LMU's graduate enrollment outreach, overseeing on-campus graduate recruitment activity while representing the university at graduate recruitment fairs and outreach events. (25%)
* Serve as a graduate admissions counselor, advising prospective students on graduate education and the application process. (15%)
* Manage student workers, graduate assistants and freelance vendors as needed. (5%)
* Monitor analytics and report outcomes to improve campaign performance. (5%)
* Perform other duties as assigned or requested by leadership.

Experience/Qualifications:

* Minimum of four years' experience in a higher-education or non-profit setting preferred, with proven skills, knowledge and ability in communications and/or marketing. Previous experience with enrollment marketing preferred.
* Ability to work effectively and independently with internal and external constituencies and with professionals of varied disciplines to accomplish tasks and projects.
* Demonstrated experience managing and executing across multiple communications and marketing channels and media; highly developed skills in communications writing and editing.
* Highly collaborative style with experience developing and implementing communications strategies successfully; background that demonstrates relationship-building, consensus-building, flexibility, and managing through influencing.
* Self-starter, able to work independently and entrepreneurially; experience creating, developing and implementing new initiatives.
* Demonstrated computer competency with common production software suites, such as photo editing software, email marketing tools, and analytics reporting software. CRM experience preferred.
* Effective project planning and project management skills are required along with the ability to multi-task.
* Ability to produce high quality deliverables with meticulous attention to detail. Must be metrics-driven and results-oriented with demonstrated analytical skills.
* Ability to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, and service-oriented environment. Willing and able to adjust to changing demands and shifting priorities.
* Presentation and public speaking skills.
* Ability and willingness to travel.

Required Education:

* Typically a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business management preferred or equivalent experience. Master's degree preferred. Incumbent will be expected to continue upgrading knowledge, skills and abilities needed to stay abreast of best practices and industry trends.
