Lonza Pharma and Biotech in Bend, OR is looking for a Program Coordinator to support their Program Management team on a temporary basis for approximately 4 to 6 months. Key responsibilities: Support Program Management in obtaining information from customers; provide accurate technical information to support quotes for Statements of Work (SOW); acceptance of projects, and logistical information; tracking and completing clinical manufacture documentation and overall readiness Consult and advise the Program Manager of program status and reports issues that may affect ultimate results Coordinates daily program activities, attends meetings for specific work groups Prepares meeting minutes, agendas, and provides overall coordination of customer visits Responsible for maintaining accurate system information for assigned Program Managers including: SAP and invoicing information Project plans and other information in Smartsheet Revenue information in Demand Planned Tool (DPT) aka SAP Business Warehouse (BW) Program information in Planview Collaborate with other groups and activities necessary to ensure program requirements are met Key requirements: Minimum High School education (diploma or equivalent). College degree preferred Experience with SAP and Smartsheet is a plus Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Strong attention to detail with comparable organizational skills Proficient with the MS Office Suite, Outlook, etc. People come to Lonza for the challenge and creativity of solving complex problems and developing new ideas in life sciences.
