Job Description

Integration and Test for the F35 System Design and Development (SDD) Radar development program. Conduct laboratory, aircraft and flight test data reduction and analysis. Compare measured performance against specification requirements. Investigate performance anomalies. Responsibilities for internal and supplier control accounts. Effectively analyze variances and proactively implement corrective action. Generate monthly Variance reports.

Plan, budget, and manage cost/schedule/technical performance for each Control Account (CA). Complete these EVMS tasks and actions in accordance with program business rhythm. Communicate status, issues and risks to management, SCM, peers and supplier. Identify risks and opportunities to the program Risk & Opportunity Control Board and implement approved handling plans. Track IMS tasks and provide start/finish status. Develop and maintain schedules, and monitor critical path tasks in order to meet scheduled milestones and provide realistic Estimate to Complete (ETC). Familiar with Software configuration management and basic software troubleshooting skills.

This position requires a Final Secret Clearance to start. Basic Qualifications Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.

-Experience performing data reduction and analysis using software tools such as Matlab or Excel

-Able to use CAM tools to status and report Earned Value

-General presentation skills. Desired skills -Willingness to get CAM certified.

-Experience tracking and monitoring supplier progress.

-Familiarity with the APG-81 Radar system and/or the F35 platform.

-Software skills to help troubleshoot and isolate software problems

-Familiarity with Modeling and Simulation

-Familiarity with airborne Radar principles of operation.

-Experience presenting system performance data measurements to peers, supplier and management either through written or verbal communication skills.
