Job Description :

The Flight Test Instrumentation group is seeking qualified entry level candidate to assist flight test instrumentation engineers in the collection of data in accordance with flight test program needs. Responsibilities include supporting the build, installation, maintenance, and upgrades to airborne data acquisition systems on rotor wing aircraft. Coordinate, and assist with Flight Test Instrumentation activities on projects. Participate in internal meetings and flight briefings. Work in a team environment to help solve engineering problems. Procure test equipment that satisfies measurement requirements. Maintain data configuration files in a measurement database. Assist with documentation organization and retention policies. Assist technicians in the day to day support of flight test programs. Adhere to standard practices to ensure quality and efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college. Course work or experience in electrical circuit design required.

Minimum 3.0 GPA

Ability to obtain security clearance

Desired skills

Working knowledge of data acquisition systems preferred.

Working knowledge of transducers is preferred. Strong Computer skills: WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint, MS Project is required. Strong math skills required. Course work or experience in electrical circuit design required. Effective working in collaborative team environment to accomplish program objectives. Strong verbal and written communication skills
