Job Description :

Designs and implements evaluation methods and procedures used in the measurement of Training System effectiveness and efficiency.

Reports evaluation findings and provide recommendations at each evaluation phase to program management for improving and updating the Training System. Collects performance data, reviews change requests.

Coordinates E&S activities of other functional areas.

Directs and modifies evaluation process for effectiveness

* Develops evaluation procedures
* Interfaces with the customer
* Conducts Academic Training Center (ATC) System evaluation in accordance with the Training System Evaluation Plan:

- Supports Small Group Try Outs (SGTO's) per requirement

- Conducts Summative reviews with Government to enter Operational evaluation phase

- Evaluates New Content and manage Government approval for Training Devices (TD) and Courseware (CW) deliveries.

Manage Student, Instructor and Supervisor Feedback Process:

- ATC critique processes.

- Post Graduate Assessment Process for Initial Qualification Students

- Maintenance Training Team (MTT) critique, data collection and Post Grad Assessment

- Support Over The Baseline (OTB) Transition training Data collection

Training System Performance Assessment (PA) Analysis:

- Manage training system status through Enabling Objective (EO) availability and metrics

- Conduct Test Item Analysis to support ATC, MTT and Transition training

- Provide engineering support for the development of future PA capabilities

- Conduct Annual Lesson Reviews on 736 Maintenance, AIT and Pilot lessons

The Locale: Lemoore, CA is located in central California about halfway between LA and San Francisco. Lemoore is just to the south of Fresno, CA which is the largest non-coastal city in the state. This scenic region offers access to lots of local attractions and is a gateway to many other parts of the western US. California's Central Valley is a great place to live and raise a family and features a great climate with mild, moist winters and hot and dry summers. This great region is home to Naval Air Station Lemoore. The region is also the home to some of California's most productive agricultural areas. Where can you drive to from Lemoore, CA? Fresno is just over a half an hour to the north and the closest larger city. San Francisco and the bay area is a just over three hours to the northwest. Los Angeles and Hollywood are just about three hours to the southeast. Yosemite National Park is just three hours to the north.

Basic Qualifications

Has the ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Proven communication skills in all media formats ISD, evaluation and test item analysis experience Training experience with instructional products and services

Strong computer skills specifically in MS Office products

Strong interpersonal skills

Experience working with United States Government (USG) customers

Ability to work with cross-functional and multinational teams

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years or more of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree

The individual will work in an IPT arrangement with employees of other companies, additionally they will work closely with the Tier 1 partners, Joint Strike Fighter Program Office (JSFPO) US and non-US customers. The role will provide support within the F-35 TSSC - IPS team for the continued Evaluation and Standardization of Training Systems products for US and non- US partners. Experience as an instructor in a military technical school or similar environment is desired.

Desired skills

Prior F 35 E&S experience preferred

Training experience with instructional products and services

ISD, evaluation and test item analysis experience

Strong MS Excel and Access experience

Has current knowledge in the operation and integration of F-35 SE maintenance and operations

Must have current knowledge in the operation and integration of the F-35 Pilot Fit Faculty and OJT training on F-35 Pilot Flight Equipment

Candidate has current working knowledge of the F-35 ALIS and Maintenance course Evaluation and Standardization processes

Candidate has leadership experience dealing with F-35 JPO and the US Navy.
