Job Description

Description:Lockheed Martin in seeking a Sales Representative Associate (Energy Consultant) for the PSEG LI DMP program and will work in a team environment with our client, trade ally, and PSEG Long Island utility customers to deliver the commercial energy efficiency programs to eligible small and medium business customers in the northern Nassau County area. These efforts will be executed through direct engagement with commercial customers and contractors as well as executing marketing strategies to include speaking at events and identifying effective collateral content and distribution.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Entry level.

Desired Skills:

* Basic knowledge of industry practices, techniques and standards in the energy efficiency field
* Basic experience in sales, customer relations, or business development
* Able to establish and maintain a professional rapport with market stakeholders, customers and trade allies
* Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work. Will need to drive to various locations for meetings
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM program
* Experience with residential, commercial, and/or industrial energy efficiency
* Implement and support program outreach strategy
* Strong customer service skills to include highly effective communication in person, over email and over the phone
* Conduct walk-through assessments of facilities and provide recommendations to customers
* Self-driven and a team player
* Efficiency Partner/Trade Ally technical support and training development in conjunction with client and program staff
* Represent program at applicable target market meetings
* Ability to effectively work across multiple internal functions (engineering, marketing, operations, etc.)
* Basic knowledge of the CRM database and have the ability to keep track of deadlines and forecasts of assignments with limited scope
* Possess a valid driver's license and vehicle
